Chet's Irish Red

Wood Tick Stout

A rich, full bodied stout that pours black. This stout has a rounded malt flavor with just enough roast. Glacier hops give it a medium bitterness and mild aroma.  22 IBU’s  6% ABV

Loggers Chinook SMASH

The second addition in our experimental pale ale series. This features the same Golden Promise Malt but with Chinook Hops this time.   22 IBU’s  5.8% ABV

Tittabawassee Coffee Brown

Featuring 10 Generation coffee (Columbia, Guatemala, Honduras) by Heirloom Coffee Roasters in Midland MI, this brown ale pours dark and is medium to full bodied. It is a breakfast beer appropriate for any time of the day with its smooth coffee aroma and flavor.   15 IBU’s  6.3% ABV

Shields Session Eye Pee Eh?

A hazy orange IPA is true to the New England style. It is low bodied but intensely hoppy with medium bitterness. It can be described as juicy, citrusy and piney featuring Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe hops. It is double dry hopped for maximum aromatics.   47 IBU’s  5.5% ABV

Loggers Oatmeal Crème Stout

This oatmeal stout is brewed with a heavy amount of lactose to give it a defined sweetness. Dark roast, subtle smokiness, and creamy sweetness balances this stout.   29 IBU’s 4.6% ABV

Logger Lemonade Lemon Cherry Shandy (Hefeweizen)

Fresh Squeezed Lemons and Traverse City Montmorency Cherry juice is the focus of this traditional American Hefeweizen. We took our standard hefeweizen recipe and added large amounts of fresh lemons and TC cherry juice to create a very fruit forward, refreshing, shandy style beer just in time for summer.  11 IBU’s  6% ABV

Blanket Fever IIPA

Featuring massive additions of Citra, Centennial, and Simcoe hops, this double IPA will quench even the strongest thirst! Aroma is strong citrus up front followed with resiny pine. There is a light to medium/light malt flavor with a definite strong hops presence.  70 IBU’s  8.7%ABV

Tree Toppler Golden Ale

Light and refreshing, this American Golden Ale is perfect on a warm summer day. Slight aromatic malt compliments the earthy/slight citrus of MI cascade hops. Very low bitterness and easy to drink on any occasion.  15 IBU’s   4.5% ABV

Cerveza de Leñador (Mexican Lager)

This clean, refreshing Lager is just what anyone needs on a hot summer day! Brewed with a large amount of corn, this lager is crisp and clean up front with a slight grain/corn finish. Low bitterness and light hops additions make it very drinkable and easy to have a couple in a sitting.

12 IBU’s  5%ABV

Road Monkey White IPA

Brewed with fresh Lemongrass and all German Noble hops, this inviting India Pale Ale is very floral and aromatic. Citrus, lemon, and distinct Belgian yeast character are showcased in the aroma and flavor. Mild hoppy and pleasant, large additions of raw, unmalted wheat give this ale its hazy almost white appearance. Easy drinking and light for the warm summer months. 50 IBU’S  5.8% ABV

We Creamed our Peanuts Oatmeal Crème Peanut Stout

Brewed with 310 pounds of fresh roasted St. Laurent Brothers peanuts, this dark stout is brewed with a heavy amount of oats and lactose to give it a defined sweetness.
