A classic Irish ale that presents a deep hue of red. Malt is the focus of this ale with a prominent biscuit / grain flavor and subtle hops flavor and aroma. It is semi-dry and easy drinking.

A rich, full bodied stout that pours black. This stout has a rounded malt flavor with just enough roast. Glacier hops give it a medium bitterness and mild aroma.

The third installment of our SMASH Pale Ale series features Mosaic Hops. Brewed with the same English Golden Promise malt, this pale ale is very refreshing coming into summer. Showcasing the multi-purpose Mosaic Hops this batch, notes of tangerine, tropical fruit, rose, bubblegum, and even blueberry come to mind with the aroma/flavor of this clean pale ale.

Featuring 10 Generation coffee (Columbia, Guatemala, Honduras) by Heirloom Coffee Roasters in Midland MI, this brown ale pours dark and is medium to full bodied. It is a breakfast beer appropriate for any time of the day with its smooth coffee aroma and flavor.

Dark, dry, and roasty would be the best descriptors for this Irish Export Stout. Brewed with heaping amounts of flaked barley, oats, and roasted barley; This creamy, medium to full bodied stout pours nearly black with a medium tan head. Dry and reminiscent of dark chocolate/dark roast coffee, this beer is fermented with a real Irish Ale strain and exhibits all of the best qualities in traditional Irish stout but with some new school twists. 35 IBU’S 6.3% ABV
This clean, refreshing Lager is just what anyone needs on a hot summer day! Brewed with a large amount of corn this lager is very crisp and clean up front with a slight grain/corn finish. Low bitterness and light hops additions make it very drinkable and easy to have a couple in a sitting.
12 IBU’s 4.5% ABV
This hazy orange IPA is similar to the NE style. It is low bodied but intensely hoppy with medium bitterness. It can be described as juicy, citrusy, piney. Featuring Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe hops. It is double dry hopped for maximum aromatics.
36 IBU’s 4.6% ABV
Brewed with 330 pounds of fresh roasted St. Laurent Brothers peanuts, this dark stout is brewed with a heavy amount of oats and lactose to give it a defined sweetness. Dark roast, subtle smokiness and creamy sweetness balances this classic milk stout that pours black with a medium tan head. Contains real peanuts!
29 IBU’s 5.6% ABV
Inspired by traditional French/Belgian Saisons, with a bit of help from our late 90’s rap “friends” outta SoCal, this Saison is brewed with gin, juice, and LBC on the mind. Brewed with a heavy dose of Juniper berries, rye malt, and dry hopped with Citra, the aroma is bursting with tropical fruit hops, fresh cut cedar, and the classic earthy/spiciness of countryside saisons. Coming in at 4.7% ABV, this beer is very refreshing and easy drinking during the hot days of Summer. Best sipped while laid back and considering your fat stacks of cash.

This full strength India Pale Ale is brewed with a massive amount of Citra and Centennial Hops that produce an unmistakable citrus aroma and flavor. The grain bill for this beer is light to allow the hops to shine to their full potential.
56 IBU’s 6.3%ABV
Tropical Fruit, Pineapple, and Stone Fruit dominate the aroma of this IPA. The aroma translates into the flavor of this hazy red ale with notes of citrus, peach, and tropical fruit. Some lingering malt sweetness on the back end with light to moderate bitterness. Brewed with Amarillo, Azacca, and Cascade hops. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Azacca, Citra, and Columbia hops.
50 IBU’s 7.4% ABV
Showcasing the highest quality Pilsen malt and the crisp, clean fermentation of lager yeast, this is an easy drinking pilsner lager. Brewed with minimal amounts of American and German hops varieties, this beer is mellow on the bitterness and light on the aroma. Mild grain flavor and light on the hops create this quaffable American classic.
