Showcasing the highest quality Pilsen malt and the crisp, clean fermentation of lager yeast, this is an easy drinking pilsner lager. Brewed with minimal amounts of American and German hops varieties, this beer is mellow on the bitterness and light on the aroma. Mild grain flavor and light on the hops create this quaffable American classic.

Pouring a rich golden hue and white head, this mildly sweet, full bodied lager is perfect for the late winter months coming into spring. A blend of German Vienna and Pilsen malt used as the base in this lager gives the beer a honey sweetness character but does not become too overpowering. A single, small bittering hops addition was all that was needed to balance the natural sweetness.

Dark, dry, and roasty would be the best descriptors for this Irish Export Stout. Brewed with heaping amounts of flaked barley, oats, and roasted barley; This creamy, medium to full bodied stout pours nearly black with a medium tan head. Dry and reminiscent of dark chocolate/dark roast coffee, this beer is fermented with a real Irish Ale strain and exhibits all of the best qualities in traditional Irish stout but with some new school twists. Slainte!

This is a brand new style of India Pale Ale for us at LBC and for the area! Featuring massive amounts of Mosaic and Azacca hops in the whirlpool/dry hopping, a very low IBU bitterness and thin body. This double IPA is very easy to drink. With the idea of Brut Champagne in mind, this ale is very dry, clear, and effervescent. Citrus fruit in the aroma with slight pine/slight dank that follows through in flavor. 16 IBU’s 9.6% ABV
Here at Loggers Brewing Company, we like to put interesting twists on some of our original beers. This beer, we took our classic Dunkelweizen and decided to “Shandy” it. The aroma is bursting with ripe banana and fresh raspberries, leading into Montmorency cherries and blackberries in the flavor. It finishes sweet with an ever so slight dark chocolate roast at the back end. Perfect for any winter day! 11 IBU’s 5.5% ABV

Inspired by traditional French/Belgian Saisons, with a bit of help from our late 90’s rap “friends” outta SoCal, this Saison is brewed with gin, juice, and LBC on the mind. Brewed with a heavy dose of Juniper berries, rye malt, and dry hopped with Citra, the aroma is bursting with tropical fruit hops, fresh cut cedar, and the classic earthy/spiciness of countryside saisons. Coming in at 4.7% ABV, this beer is very refreshing and easy drinking during the hot days of Summer. Best sipped while laid back and considering your fat stacks of cash.

This is a monster of a stout! Weighing in at 13.5%, this massive stout is brewed with copious amounts of English base grains, tons of rye and plenty of different levels of roasted barleys. Espresso roast, bittersweet baker’s chocolate and dark pitted fruits dominate the flavors of this imperial stout. Creamy yet dry, it has a nice slow warming effect to get us through the cold winters.
